Normally , we require a minimum of 1 – 2 weeks notice – subject to booking availability. This is dependent on our booking schedule as some months are booked well in advance. To avoid disappointment, please plan well ahead when organising you cake order. If you have an urgent cake order, please contact us to see if we can assist you.
Please refer to our Ordering Info Page on our website for detailed information. Orders can be placed via email or phone. Please use our online Custom Cake Quote Form if you require a quote and we will respond to your shortly. Once your have emailed or called us with confirmation that you would like to proceed with your order and that you are happy with the price, we will then gather all your details and send you our completed booking form ( which will be completed with your details and cake order ) for your confirmation. Our Cake Booking form will also include instructions for payment.
Our prices are first calculated on design , hours required to complete , technicality and then the servings amount. Our prices are not based on how small the cake is. Some technical designs may have less servings but are higher in price , opposed to a cake with a higher amount of serving portions. Please do not assume if you ask for a quote based on half the servings amount than the original quote, that the amount will be half the price, as our prices are not calculated this way.
Once your order has been confirmed and we have emailed you our Cake Booking Form, we would require a 50% Deposit booking payment of your total order amount to secure your position/booking. This deposit payment is non – refundable. The remainder 50% final balance payment is due 1-3 weeks prior to delivery. For orders that are placed in a short period notice , we require full payment to secure your booking. For more information , please refer to our Ordering Info Page.

This is a secure online payment portal and your sensitive information isn’t shared with us. Unfortunately we no longer accept credit card payments over the phone.|

As you can see from our work through our website, our cakes , experience and design expertise is second to none, giving us the ability to recreate any design with precision and dedication.
Yes , most definitely. You are more than welcome to change anything you wish on our designs. Our goal is to create a masterpiece , personalised just for you!
We are an online business only, so face to face consultations are not available at this point in time. However , one of our friendly cake artists or staff would be more than happy to assist you with a consultation via email or phone , at no obligation.Our Workshop is not setup for in-house consultations as we are a delivery service only. Pickup is not available – delivery only.
We deliver Sydney-wide. All our cakes are personally delivered to your venue or residence. Delivery fees vary. Interstate and international delivery not available.
