From enquiry to booking.

Planning your order

We recommend getting in touch 2–4 weeks before you need your order, depending on the size and detail of what you’re planning and our availability.

Larger, more detailed or high-volume corporate orders may need additional notice. If your date is closer, you’re still welcome to enquire — we can sometimes accommodate shorter-notice orders when availability allows.

Requesting a quote

Use our Request a Quote form to tell us what you need, the date required and any details you already know. You can also upload your logo, artwork or reference images.

We’ll review your enquiry, check availability and prepare a quote based on your order.

Booking & payment

If you’d like to go ahead, accept your quote and we’ll send an invoice to your nominated email address.

For standard orders, full payment is required to confirm your booking. Your date is confirmed once the required payment has been received.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card or EFT.

Larger & corporate orders

For some larger or corporate orders, alternative payment terms may be agreed by Personalised Cakes in writing.

Where payment terms have been approved, your order is confirmed when you accept the quote or order and the agreed payment terms in writing. Payment is then due in accordance with those terms.

Delivery

Cakes, cupcakes and other fresh products are delivered within Sydney. Cookies and logo cookies can be sent Australia-wide, including interstate.

Delivery arrangements and charges depend on the order and location. Larger corporate orders and cookie orders going to multiple locations are quoted according to the delivery requirements.

Deliveries operate Monday–Friday.
